Citizens of Dundas - We Need Your Help!

Dundas City Hall, April 13th, 7:00 PM

City Council has approved increase of Stoneridge Hills 2nd Addition from 34 to 60 lots!!

And the Developer wants us to pay for it!!

Tell Dundas City Council you don't want this -

Copy and paste the text below (or write your own) and click on the red link to the right (below for mobile) - select City Council from the drop down and paste in the pink box.

I oppose both the proposed amendments that would increase the number of residential lots in the Stoneridge Hills 2nd Addition development and the use of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) to support it. Increasing density beyond typical R-1 neighborhood patterns raises concerns about compatibility with the character of existing neighborhoods, and public subsidy should only be used when there is a clear public benefit. I respectfully ask the City Council to reject both the density amendments and the proposed TIF assistance for Stoneridge Hills 2nd Addition.
